Pricing

Prices quoted are UK £ Sterling EXCLUDING VAT or Euro's. If you choose to pay by UK £ Sterling, VAT at 20% will be added to your purchase(s) at the checkout. StoreServe.net reserves the right, without prior notice, to vary any advertised prices on the web site, price lists or literature. StoreServe.net reserves the right to amend prices where the buyer has requested a variation to the standard product. Prices are exclusive of all transportation costs which will be invoiced to the buyer at StoreServe.net rate at the time of supply.

Payment Methods

Credit Cards - StoreServe.net accepts Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, JCB and Delta payments. No surcharge is made on these cards, a card issuer's authorisation is required before goods are shipped. This authorisation is obtained automatically from "SagePay" as soon as an order is placed. At this point full payment for goods is debited from the credit card. Cheque - Please make sure that all cheques are made payable to Peak Development Ltd. Goods will be shipped on receipt of cheque clearing and if the product is in stock.

Cancellation

Any order which has been accepted by StoreServe.net may not be cancelled by the buyer, unless StoreServe.net is informed by writing and cancellation is accepted in writing by StoreServe.net. On products which have been specially designed or built to the customer's specifications or on services of any kind, a cancellation charge will be made up to the value of the original order.

Delivery

StoreServe.net makes every effort to ship credit authorised orders received before 3pm Monday through to Friday, the same day they are placed but makes no guarantee. Therefore, all delivery options apply to the shipment of in-stock items that are credit approved and verified by 3pm. We may need to contact you to provide additional information to ship your order and thank you in advance for your co-operation. All shipments from StoreServe.net are insured and shipped via a recognised courier.

Warranties

Goods found to be defective at the time of delivery must be notified to StoreServe.net within 3 days of the date of delivery. StoreServe.net will repair, replace or refund at its own discretion any goods found to its satisfaction to be defective within 12 months of the date of delivery provided that the goods have been installed, operated and maintained within the manufacturer's recommendations.

The warranty does not apply where the product has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or exposure to environmental conditions not specified by the manufacturer or where the product has been modified or repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer. Failure by the buyer to pay any sum owing will render the warranty null and void.

The buyer is responsible for returning the goods to StoreServe.net and is responsible for shipping, handling, insurance charges, tariffs, import charges and taxes and StoreServe.net will return the repaired or replaced goods free of charge. Should the buyer request any other means of shipping, involving additional charges, the buyer will be responsible and billed for those charges.

StoreServe.net shall not be under any liability for any damage or loss arising or said to arise from the use of any of our products.

Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without prior consent from StoreServe.net who upon request will supply to the Buyer a Returns Authorisation Number (RMA). To obtain an RMA number please call Technical Support on +44 (0)1489 798393 between the hours of 9.00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number; (RMA) marked clearly on the return shipping-label.

  • Goods being returned as faulty but where no fault is found may incur a handling charge.
  • Goods returned for credit must be in saleable condition and complete with all manuals, components and undamaged original packaging, any software seals (if applicable) must not be broken.
  • Damaged or incomplete goods shall not be credited.
  • Goods that have been specifically made, modified or purchased for the buyer may not necessarily be returned but could incur a restocking fee which will be quoted before the goods are accepted for return.
  • Returns will only be accepted from the buyer and not from the buyer's own customers or from the users of the goods.

StoreServe.net is not responsible for typographical errors.

Damage or loss in transit

In the event of non delivery the buyer should advise StoreServe.net in writing within 3 days for UK buyers and 7 days for overseas buyers of placing the order. In the event of shortage the buyer should advise StoreServe.net in writing within 3 days for UK and 7 days overseas of receipt of the delivery. If damaged goods are received the receipt should be signed damaged and the Seller notified in writing immediately. If this is not adhered to it may result in your claim being invalid. Please refuse parcels delivered to you in damaged condition.

Specifications

All descriptions, illustrations, specifications and dimensions are approximate and are intended to present a general guideline as to the goods therein. If Storeserve.net's description of the goods varies from the Manufacturers then the Manufacturers shall take precedence. StoreServe.net does not accept any responsibility for damage, injury, loss or expense resulting from variations in the Manufacturer's data or specification or from curtailment or cessation of supply following such variations.

Copyright and Trademarks

No part of any StoreServe.net's publications may be reproduced, stored or transmitted in any form or by any means without the written approval of the StoreServe.net. All products advertised in any of StoreServe.net's publications or its web site are subject to any patent , trademark, registered design or other right of any person. It is acknowledged that all trademarks and trade names mentioned in any of the StoreServe.net's publications or on its web site are the property of their respective companies/owners.

Risk

Risk passes to the buyer at the time of delivery or once StoreServe.net is notified that the goods are available for collection.

Title

Title of goods sold on the invoice does not pass to the buyer until StoreServe.net has received payment in full for the goods. If the risk and title of the goods has passed to the buyer and the goods are subsequently returned to the StoreServe.net for whatever reason, the risk of the goods will not pass from the buyer to StoreServe.net until the goods are signed for by authorised personnel at StoreServe.net.

Exclusion of Liability

StoreServe.net shall not be under any liability whether in contract, tort or otherwise and whether or not resulting from the negligence of StoreServe.net or that of StoreServe.net's employees, servants or agents, in respect of goods delivered or for any damage or loss resulting from use of goods.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This contract shall be governed by English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from this contract.
